Supply of Hearing Instruments

Once the assessment has been completed, the options for the client are discussed, with reference to both the assessment results and their lifestyle and cosmetic requirements. A decision can then be made as to whether hearing instruments are required, and if so, which ones would be appropriate.

If hearing instruments are required, the costs of these and the ongoing maintenance and service will be thoroughly discussed. Depending upon which hearing instruments are required, they can be fitted straight away, or at the latest within 2 weeks for custom fittings.

All hearing instruments are supplied with our 5 year peace of mind package.

This exclusive package covers the following items:

• 5 year manufacturer warranty on the hearing aids, including wires (where fitted).
• 5 years supply of batteries, supplied to client on an annual basis.
